At Roop Kala, we are committed to delivering your purchases promptly, no matter where you are in the world. Please review our shipping guidelines below for information on delivery timelines:
1. Ready-to-Ship Products:
• Domestic Orders (within India): 3-5 business days
• International Orders: 6-8 business days
2. Custom Measurements & Made-to-Order Products:
• Domestic Orders (within India): 30-40 days
• International Orders: 40-50 days
Please Note:
• Shipping times are estimated and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or unforeseen circumstances.
• Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Liability for Damage or Loss in Transit
Our shipping partners are responsible for any damage or loss of products that occurs during transit. We ensure that all packages are dispatched in perfect condition; however, in the unlikely event of damage or loss, please reach out to the shipping company directly.
Free Shipping
Free Shipping is offered only for our customers in India.
For Shipping outside India, no delivery charge will be levied for orders exceeding 20,000 INR. & 2500 INR. will be charged below 20,000 INR.
Duties and Taxes
- Product prices mentioned are inclusive of all duties and taxes for customers ordering within India.- For international deliveries, we work on a DDU (Delivery duty unpaid).
This means that the Product prices are displayed exclusive of all import duties. The customer in the recipient country will be liable for these import duties levied by their government."
Returns and Refund Policy
At Roop Kala, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our return and refund guidelines below:
1. Return and Exchange Policy:
• Ready-to-Ship Products: Can be returned or exchanged within 3 days of delivery.
• Unstitched Products: Can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
2. Refund Process:
• Refunds will be initiated once the returned products reach our warehouse and pass our quality check.
• Once the return is approved, the refund process will begin:
• Domestic Customers: Refunds may take 5-7 business days.
• International Customers: Refunds may take up to 15 business days.
Please Note:
• Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
