1. Ready-to-Ship Products:
• Domestic Orders (within India): 3-5 business days
• International Orders: 6-8 business days
2. Custom Measurements & Made-to-Order Products:
• Domestic Orders (within India): 30-40 days
• International Orders: 40-50 days
Please Note:
• Shipping times are estimated and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or unforeseen circumstances.
• Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Liability for Damage or Loss in Transit
Our shipping partners are responsible for any damage or loss of products that occurs during transit. We ensure that all packages are dispatched in perfect condition; however, in the unlikely event of damage or loss, please reach out to the shipping company directly.
Free Shipping
Free Shipping is offered only for our customers in India.
For Shipping outside India, no delivery charge will be levied for orders exceeding 20,000 INR. & 2500 INR. will be charged below 20,000 INR.
Duties and Taxes
- Product prices mentioned are inclusive of all duties and taxes for customers ordering within India.- For international deliveries, we work on a DDU (Delivery duty unpaid).
This means that the Product prices are displayed exclusive of all import duties. The customer in the recipient country will be liable for these import duties levied by their government."
